Executive Chef Dmitriy Kakuschke
Kakuschke is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Miami, Florida, and a previous associate of the Fontainebleau Hotel and Resort in Miami Beach. Following this role, Kakuschke served as a chef de partie and then junior sous chef at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. Originally from Kiev, Ukraine, Kakuschke grew up in South Florida but has considered Nashville home since 2018 when he moved to Music City to help open Bourbon Steak.
“Chef Dmitriy has been an integral part of the overall culinary team at JW Marriott Nashville, and his partnership with the previous executive chefs at Bourbon Steak has made the restaurant what it is today,” said JW Marriott Nashville general manager Fabrizio Calvo. “We know that he is committed to continuing the vision and success of Bourbon Steak alongside his team.
