An Italian-Inspired Collaboration Paired with Castello di Monsanto Wines

Experience the debut of Chef’s Corner, a new culinary series at Bourbon Steak Las Vegas spotlighting the city’s most celebrated local chefs. For our debut event, we welcome Chef James Trees of Esther’s Kitchen for an extraordinary one-night collaboration with our own Chef Josh Smith.

The evening features a multi-course tasting menu celebrating bold Italian flavors—from Ricotta Gnudi with pistachio pesto to Black Trumpet-Crusted Venison—paired exquisitely with rare and vintage wines from Castello di Monsanto, including a pour from the 1998 “Il Poggio” Chianti Classico Riserva.
