The night begins with handcrafted cocktails on the patio in the heart of Delray Beach, before guests transition into an intimate private dining setting to enjoy a five-course culinary journey.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with wines selected to enhance every nuance. The evening builds to its signature moment: a rare Japanese Wagyu tasting showcasing exceptional cuts, NY Strip from the Kagoshima Prefecture, Mitsuboshi ribeye from the Tokushima Prefecture, and Snow Beef from Hokkaido, each selected for its distinct marbling and character.
